Founded in 1995, Technoturn is part of the Techno Group of
companies, which in turn has gained an excellent reputation for
consistent quality and service in the production of high precision components.
We have achieved this by continuous investment in the most modern machinery and
equipment and by on-going training of our skilled, experienced and dedicated
workforce.
Our
aim is to produce sophisticated parts in one-hit CNC machining processes wherever
possible, using the latest Citizen and Star sliding headstock and Miyano fixed
head stock machines with up to 13 axes, driven tooling and full turning and
milling capabilities.
We
offer a high degree of flexibility to our customers. We can offer
scheduled deliveries, kan-ban systems, small to large batches and assembled
components.
Our
services include secondary operations, grinding and the management of
sub-contract processes such as heat treatment and plating enabling us to supply
parts ready for production.
We
are eager to discuss and quote for any new concepts, conduct feasibility studies
and assist in the development of new products.
